It is part of the polishing system and is used to correct defects on surfaces of small and medium sizes.
Used with abrasive polishing pastes.
The use of an electric or pneumatic tool is recommended.
Benefits:

-Wool polisher is more aggressive than foam polishing wheels, wool dissipates heat much better, as a result of which the working surfaces are not so heated.
